Dr Udoka leads Succor Caregivers College Ltd with a triple doctorate and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. She combines advanced expertise in Human Resource Management and Business Leadership with certified teaching credentials to train, certify and place premier professional caregivers and nannies.

She leverages her advanced HR qualifications to rigorously screen, train and strategically match the right caregiver to the right family, ensuring every graduate of Succor upholds a gold standard of care.

Chiugo Ken-Okenini brings over 15 years of combined experience in law, corporate governance, consumer protection and health regulation to Succor Caregiver College. As a legal practitioner and Managing Partner of Classicus & Dewlight Partners, she specialises in Regulatory Compliance, Health Law, Consumer Protection and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Law at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka Business School, with research focused on service delivery standards, consumer rights and sustainability in the care and FMCG sectors.
